    • License & Progress Data (License type, registration details, exam status, evaluation levels)
    • Financial Data (Payment amounts, payment methods, remaining balance, dossier fees)

B. Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about how you access and use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and pages viewed.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to help us customize the Service and improve your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

4. Your Role as a Data Controller

You, the driving school or instructor, are the Data Controller for the Student Data you enter into our Service. This means you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have a legal basis (such as consent from your students) to collect, store, and process their personal information using our Service.
  • The accuracy and legality of the Student Data.

We act as the Data Processor on your behalf. We only process Student Data according to your instructions (i.e., your use of the app's features).

All data is stored securely in the cloud via Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption. However, please be aware that no security measures are 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We will retain Student Data as long as you instruct us to. If you terminate your account, we may delete your data after a specified period.

7. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information on your account. You are also responsible for fulfilling data access, correction, or deletion requests from your own students regarding their Student Data.
